In my role supporting Texas Tech’s 12 Olympic sports programs, I worked alongside and guided a team of student interns to ensure consistent and high-quality video coverage across each sport. While overseeing overall content strategy, I also stepped in directly to produce content as needed—balancing leadership with hands-on creative execution.

My contributions included postseason highlight reels for the women’s golf team, mic’d-up sessions across multiple sports, and select game coverage for the softball team. This flexible and collaborative role allowed me to support a broad range of athletic programs while helping student creatives grow in their own production skills.
